We can do most any work you want done to your barrel. We make use of two manual lathes, one manual knee mill, one cnc interfaced knee mill, three Mazak CNC lathes, and one Mazak CNC mill. Services include target crowns, re-crowning your barrel, custom barrel lengths, threading, indexing for compensator, etc. If you want it done, the odds are we can do it. Shop Services
- Disassemble and Reassemble Your Upper $35
For any barrel work please add this service to your total cost. If you have the means to do so, feel free to simply send your barrel to avoid this charge. For any work requiring your upper, you may send all pieces disassembled to also avoid this charge.
- Barrel Threading (Muzzle) $55
Barrels are properly indicated on a "Set_Tru" to eliminate thread to muzzle runout. Threads are cut with a single point 60° indexable tool to any desired size and pitch. A new crown can be cut if requested and touch-up bluing is applied.
- Barrel Threading for Compensator $65
Barrel is threaded as described above and then the shoulder is matched to your compensator resulting in perfect alignment. If requested, a new 11° crown is cut, and touch-up bluing is applied.
- Compensator Indexing $20
The shoulder on your barrel (with pre-existing threads) is set back to properly match your compensator. Customer can request the compensator be modified instead of the barrel.
- Shorten Barrel and Thread Muzzle + $10
Barrel is shortened to desired length and then threaded to one of the above options and a new 11° crown is cut. Simply add $10 to the barrel threading price.
- Shorten Barrel and Cut 11° Target Crown (no threads) $25
- Shorten Barrel and Cut Dual Step 11° Target Crown $30
- Shorten Barrel with Gas Port Work + $35
Anytime a gas operated barrel is shortened, the barrel should be test fired to prove that the port is still fully efficient. The shorter barrel directly affects the gas pressure and thus the reliability of gas system. A port that is too small will result in extraction and/or feeding problems. This service checks the current gas port size and opens as is necessary restoring the reliability of the system. Add $35 to shortening service selected from above. Price may vary for custom calibers due to cost of ammo. It is recommended that the customer provide the ammo normally used in the gun.

Re-Profile Barrel, Glass Bead, and Parkerize $125
Re-profile your heavy barrel to a more lightweight, manageable contour. The barrel is finished with the front sight base removed so underneath is correctly parkerized.

Give your stainless barrel a satin/matte finish.
- Polish SS Barrel $75
Polish your matte finish stainless barrel to a brighter finish. Please specify 220 grit, 320 grit, or 400 grit. (The higher the grit the shinier the finish.)
- Glass Bead and Parkerize $50
Give new life to your barrel and re-parkerize to a proper mil-spec finish. The barrel is stripped so the front sight base is correctly parkerized.
